Movie Review: I am Number 4

My seven 2011 anticipated movies - one down today, six more to go.

It does really look like X-Man! just that the characters with special powers wear like ordinary humans, no masks, no special attire. Short synopsis: Nine alien teens with special abilities, along with their guardians had escaped from planet Lorien which was attacked by Mogadorians. Now, the Mogadorians are hunting them down one by one until the last Lorien is killed. 

Number 1 was killed in Malaysia. (my country? LOL)

Number 2 killed in England.

Number 3 killed in Kenya.

Now, it's Number 4's turn.

John is Number 4. power: produce light and resist any attack against him using his hand?

She is number 6. I like her power! (i think it's even better than no.4!) power: fire-proof and invisibility

John's friend - the Science nerd, I don think he's a good fighter! why is he with them? (smirk, haha)

the romance in the show: Sarah and John. 

she just loves taking photo, seriously i cant stand it. and to be honest, a bit unnecessary to have this character in the movie when there is number 6 who seems to suit John more?

You would not want to see this evil Mogadorian. so "voldermort"! Disgusting!

I would say this movie is okay, 'bu cuo'. 

especially the fighting scenes!

I feel like I'm inside the movie (so 4D.lol!) in the funfair ghost house part. 'What the hell' keeps splurting out from my mouth.

and a few scares...which make me scream (i cant believe I scream?!)

guess only those who love power-fighting (me) movie would say this movie is not bad to watch.

The rating is only 30 out of 100 in rottentomatoes.com though.

but you never know, even those 90 out of 100 movie might not be your cup of tea (at least to me). too 'academic-award' oriented boring movie. trailer may help you decide.

You can skip this movie. not a must-see. :-)
